Photography for corporate events
Right there with you, without taking centre stage.
A corporate event is made up of encounters, reactions, conversations and all the moments in between. That's the atmosphere I want my event photographs to convey.
Whether it's a conference, company anniversary, workshop or summer party, I capture what makes your occasion distinctive and the people who shape it. The photographs help you tell the story long after the event.
Enquire about your event

What story should your event tell?
We'll discuss the schedule and what matters to you in advance. Is there a reception, speeches, awards or special guests? Which people and moments must be captured?
Is the occasion about a milestone, company culture or showing appreciation for employees? That goal guides what I pay particular attention to throughout the event.
We'll also discuss where you'll use the images: on your website, in a recap, on social media or in internal communications. That helps us choose the right subjects and perspectives.
Ready for the day
With an agreed schedule and clear priorities, I can concentrate on what's happening. You know which moments are the focus and can look after your guests.
Real moments, without constant posing
During the event, I work as discreetly as possible. I watch closely and capture conversations, reactions and encounters as they happen.
I combine wider views with intimate moments and details, showing how your event felt and what made it special.

Keep the atmosphere alive
Stage lighting, room lighting and the atmosphere of the venue are part of the experience. I work to preserve that feeling in your images, adding light selectively when needed.
Even as conditions change, I pay attention to natural skin tones and a consistent series. The finished photographs connect the major programme highlights with the smaller moments in between.
Images that carry your event forward.
We'll agree the main uses for your images and when you need them before the event.

View projectFrequently asked questions about event photography
What kinds of corporate events do you photograph?
Company anniversaries, milestones, events celebrating company culture, employee celebrations and occasions for clients and partners. The purpose of the event guides what I pay particular attention to during the coverage.
Does an event photographer disrupt the occasion?
I work as discreetly as possible. I'm close to the action, observing from a documentary perspective without unnecessarily interrupting situations. Conversations, reactions and encounters stay natural.
Do you use flash at events?
I want to preserve the atmosphere; stage and room lighting are part of the experience. I only add my own lighting where needed, for example if strong coloured light makes natural skin tones impossible.
How do we prepare for event photography?
We'll discuss the schedule in advance: the reception, speeches, awards, special guests and anyone who must be photographed. We'll also clarify what you want the event to communicate to the outside world.
What can we use the event photographs for?
Your website, press, social media, recruitment or internal communications. We'll agree the main uses before the event.
How soon will we receive the event photographs?
You'll usually receive your finished, edited event photographs within 3 to 5 working days through an online gallery for viewing and downloading. If you need images during or immediately after the event for social media, press releases or corporate communications, we can arrange faster delivery in advance.
How much does corporate event coverage cost?
These prices apply to bookings from 1 January 2027. Professional event photography costs depend on the length and scope of your event. I offer three packages: Compact, up to 2 hours from €690 excluding VAT; Half Day, up to 4 hours from €1,190 excluding VAT; and Full Day, up to 8 hours from €1,990 excluding VAT. Image selection, professional editing and the agreed commercial usage rights are included. Whether you're planning a company party, conference, networking event or corporate occasion, we'll discuss the moments and subjects that matter to your communications in advance. You'll receive an event story you can use purposefully on your website, social media and in public relations.
Can we receive selected images on the same day?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Corporate events and conferences often need images for social media, press releases or public relations on the day itself. If you need a quick selection, we'll plan that in advance. You can use the first professionally edited images promptly while I complete the full event collection afterwards.
