Team photography for businesses

Team photographs with personality.

Team photographs shape how a company is seen. They convey warmth and professionalism, giving people a sense of who they'll be working with before the first conversation.

Discuss your team shoot

How do you want people to see your team?

Together, we'll create a presence that connects your people with your brand. A shared visual style builds recognition while leaving room for personality.

Before we take photographs, we'll develop the right visual style together. At your workplace, against a consistent background, using a brand colour or outdoors: we'll choose a setting that suits you.

What matters is how you want your employees to come across and what will speak to your audience. We'll coordinate expression, clothing and backgrounds to create a coherent result.

Not everyone loves the camera. And that's fine.

“There are never any good photos of me” is something I hear at almost every team shoot. That's why I take time, talk to the people in front of my camera and use a relaxed atmosphere and a little humour to ease the tension.

Nobody needs to know how to pose. I offer clear guidance on posture and where to look, leaving room for a natural expression. We'll look at the first photographs together and find what feels comfortable.

Your team photographs don't need rehearsed poses. We'll tailor a shared look to your company while leaving space for everyone's personality. The resulting portraits work together on your website, careers pages and in corporate communications, giving a personal impression of your team.

Uncertainty often turns into a very happy smile.

Planned around your working day

To keep disruption to a minimum, we work to a clear schedule, for example with set time slots for each employee. You coordinate who comes when; I make sure the photographs work together.

We'll discuss team size, available spaces and the intended use of the images in advance. Everyone will know what to prepare and how the session will run.

If your team grows later, we can continue the established visual style at another session. That keeps your professional presence consistent over time.

One team. A coherent presence.

Frequently asked questions about team photography

How does a team photo shoot fit into the working day?

We work to a clear schedule, for example with set time slots for each employee. You coordinate who comes when. I make sure the photography works together, keeping disruption to a minimum.

What background works best for team photographs?

We'll decide together before the shoot. We can photograph at your workplace, against a consistent background, using a brand colour or outdoors. What matters is what suits your company, your audience and your brand.

What if some employees don't like being photographed?

That's completely normal. I take time, talk to the people in front of the camera and create a relaxed atmosphere so the tension quickly fades. Seeing the first photographs often turns scepticism into a happy smile.

Can new employees be photographed in the same style later?

Yes. We can continue the established visual style at another session, keeping your professional presence consistent as your team grows.

How much time do we need per employee?

As a rough guide, allow 5 to 10 minutes per employee. That depends on the visual style and number of images required. Even with larger teams, I want a relaxed atmosphere where nobody feels rushed in front of the camera. We'll agree the precise schedule together.
