I am responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Personal data is information that identifies you or can be linked to you. This policy explains the purposes and legal bases of processing, storage, recipients and your rights.
Hosting and access logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The hosting provider processes the data needed to deliver and secure the website, including your IP address, browser and operating system, requested address, referring page and access time. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting my legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website. Log information is not combined with Analytics profiles by this website. Data is retained only as long as necessary for operation, troubleshooting, security and applicable legal obligations. The purpose and the retention periods actually configured for the hosting determine how long data is stored. Service providers may process personal data only as necessary and in accordance with the applicable data protection requirements.
Technical support
Development, maintenance and administration are provided by fresch-webdesign, Sven Frank und Elke Schuster GbR, Engbrück 8, 41352 Korschenbroich, Germany. Where this requires access to personal data, processing is limited to operating, maintaining and securing this website under the controller's instructions. Further information about the infrastructure provider is available in ALL-INKL.COM's privacy information.
Relaunch error monitoring
To identify outdated or broken links, this website records the time, the requested path without query parameters, the referring address without query parameters or fragments and a shortened browser identifier when a page is not found. The error monitor stores no IP address. The log file is not publicly accessible. Entries older than 90 days are periodically removed during subsequent requests, and the file size is limited. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and my legitimate interest in resolving errors and operating a working website.
Contact and enquiries
When you contact me by form, email or telephone, I process the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up. If your enquiry relates to a contract or steps before entering one, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to my legitimate interest in handling enquiries; where processing is based on your permission, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies. The form uses local spam protection rather than Google reCAPTCHA.
Name, email address and message are required to submit a form enquiry; other fields are optional. Without the required details I cannot process a form submission. Local spam protection uses an expiring verification token and short-lived identifiers derived from the IP address and email address using a secret key to limit requests and prevent duplicate submissions. Request limits use the identifiers for 15 minutes; duplicate-submission identifiers are checked for two hours. Older entries are removed during the next form check. No external CAPTCHA service is used. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and my legitimate interest in a secure contact form.
Enquiry data is deleted when it is no longer necessary, unless statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage. Service providers acting on my instructions may process data where necessary to provide hosting and communication services.
Cookies and privacy settings
This website distinguishes necessary storage from optional analytics. Optional analytics is off by default. Scrolling, continuing to use the website, closing the notice or a preselected option does not constitute permission. Refusing analytics does not restrict access to this website.
After you make a choice, I store the selection, the time and the version of the information in this browser's local storage under arne-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. In the protected preview, a separate entry, arne-consent-preview-v1, is used. This record is not sent to Google and contains no advertising identifier. It remembers and documents your privacy choice. Necessary storage is based on section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; the processing of your choice is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Article 7(1) GDPR.
Optional Google Analytics cookies are used only with your express consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The cookies _ga and _ga_* distinguish browsers and sessions. Their maximum lifetime is 180 days and is not extended by each visit.
Changing or withdrawing permission
Open cookie settings and select “Necessary only” to withdraw your analytics permission for the future. The same settings are available in the footer on every page. Tracking stops, the page reloads without Google Analytics and accessible Analytics cookies for this website are deleted. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Data already received by Google is not automatically erased by this action; you can contact me to exercise your data protection rights.
You can also delete your choice in your browser. A new choice is requested when the record expires or the purpose or configuration changes. Browser settings may prevent storage. In that case analytics remains off.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics is currently disabled on this website. No Analytics script is loaded and no usage data is sent to Google. The following information describes optional analytics when it is enabled and you give permission.
With your permission, I use Google Analytics 4 to analyse visits and improve this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. Providing permission is voluntary and is not required to use this website.
Processed data includes visited pages, time of access, session and usage information, cookie identifiers and technical browser and device information. According to Google, Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses of EU visitors; the IP address is used to derive approximate location and then discarded. I do not send contact form contents, names or email addresses to Analytics. Query parameters and fragments are removed from the page address and referrer sent by this website.
I use Basic Consent Mode v2: before your permission, no Google tag is loaded and no consent or measurement pings are sent to Google. Only analytics_storage can be enabled by your choice; ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied. Google Signals, advertising personalisation and User-ID tracking are not enabled by this website.
Google and its processors may process data outside the EU, including in the USA, where access by public authorities may occur. Google describes the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses as transfer mechanisms. See Google's international data transfer information and Google's data processing terms.
While Analytics is disabled, no Analytics user or event data is collected by this website. The retention period will be stated here when Analytics is enabled.
You can withdraw your permission at any time in cookie settings. Further information: Google's privacy policy and Google Analytics privacy information for Europe.
External links, fonts and videos
Social media, WhatsApp and review references are ordinary links. Your browser connects to the linked provider only when you open a link. In particular, your IP address and technical connection data may then be transmitted to that provider, whose privacy rules apply. If you contact me through WhatsApp, I process the contact details and messages you send as I would other enquiries. You can use email or telephone instead.
Fonts, photographs and videos are served from this website. There are no embedded social media, external video, map, music or reCAPTCHA plugins, and no online shop with integrated payment services.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR under Article 21 GDPR. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time with future effect under Article 7(3) GDPR. This does not affect processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal. For analytics, use “Cookie settings” in the footer and choose “Necessary only”. You can contact me using the details above to exercise your other rights.
You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of a suspected infringement (Article 77 GDPR). The local authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information NRW.
Security and retention
For public operation, encrypted HTTPS connections protect data in transit. Email communication can still have security limitations. Personal data is kept only as long as required for the stated purpose or legal obligations; the specific analytics and consent storage periods are described above. No solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made.
