Business and corporate photography in North Rhine-Westphalia

Images that show what you do and why people should trust you.

Discuss your business imagery

Images with a clear purpose

For me, good business photography starts with a question: what do you want your images to achieve?

Do you want to build trust, show expertise, attract new employees or present your services more convincingly? That's what we'll discuss before taking the first photograph.

Two men discuss plans spread out on an office desk.

Understand first. Then photograph.

Before we discuss subjects, backgrounds or a shoot date, I want to understand where you are now and where you want to go. Which people, products or services need to be seen? What impression do you want to make on clients, applicants or business partners?

That brief gives us our photographic direction: a visual style that suits your company and your goals.

The aim is more than a beautiful business photograph. I want the viewer to think: they know what they're doing. I trust them.

That's what I work towards.

Corporate Documentary Photography

Sometimes, everyday working life tells you more about a company than a single portrait: the workshop, a meeting, hands at a machine.

I join you where your work actually happens, combining real processes with carefully planned situations. The result is a collection of images for your website, recruitment and corporate communications.

A hard hat lies beside a technical drawing and metal sections.

Natural. Professional. With a feel for light.

I work with the light that suits the situation. Available light when it supports the desired effect; additional lighting when needed. Always in a way that feels at home in the setting.

A consistent visual style connects your business portraits, team photographs and views of everyday working life. Lighting, colours and atmosphere should work together so your company remains recognisable across your website, recruitment and corporate communications.

That's why we plan images as a collection. Together, we'll consider how the photographs will work alongside each other and which formats you need. The result is a versatile selection for your business.

For companies ready to show what makes them distinctive.

I particularly enjoy working with small and medium-sized businesses where personality is still a real part of the brand, and where people want to develop their public presence with purpose.

From my base in North Rhine-Westphalia, I work with companies in Aachen, Heinsberg, Mönchengladbach, Düsseldorf, Cologne and further afield.

Metallbau Jansen

For Metallbau Jansen, I created corporate imagery in the middle of everyday working life: production, office planning and portraits of the management and apprentices. The photographs feature on the new website and are also used for recruitment.

Frequently asked questions about business photography

What does business photography include?

Business photography includes business portraits, team photographs, corporate events and documentary images of everyday working life. What matters is what the photographs should achieve for your professional presence: building trust, showing expertise, attracting employees or presenting services more convincingly.

How does a business photo shoot work?

It starts with a brief. I want to understand where you are now, how you want to present yourself and what impression you want to make on clients, applicants or business partners. That gives us our photographic direction before we discuss subjects, backgrounds or the shoot day.

Do you use flash or natural light?

I use both available light and carefully placed lighting with equal care. What matters to me is the effect, atmosphere and story I want to convey.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

I particularly enjoy working with small and medium-sized companies where personality is still a real part of the brand. My projects range from skilled trades and tax advisers to organisers of business events.

Which cities do you work in as a business photographer?

From my base in North Rhine-Westphalia, I work with companies in Aachen, Heinsberg, Mönchengladbach, Düsseldorf and Cologne, among other places, and further afield.

How can I use the images?

You'll receive the agreed rights for business use, for example on your website, social media, LinkedIn, press materials, presentations or marketing materials. It's best to discuss the intended use before the shoot, so your images can do their job wherever you need them.

How soon will I receive my finished images?

You'll usually receive your finished, edited images within 7 to 14 days of the shoot. Larger productions may take a little longer. If you have a publication deadline or need images quickly for press or social media, we can plan for that in advance.
